Mr. Marwa. You said a tongue can be new to the speaker and also the hearer. A tongue can never be new to a hearer. If a hearer hears a new tongue and is able to comprehend it then the hearer has received a new gift- the gift of ears (the ability to hear an unknown tongue- there is no such gift mentioned in the Bible). A new tongue is always new because it is “spoken” perfectly by a person who is not familiar with the language, hence new to the speaker. Each hearer in Acts 2 was familiar with the spoken tongue which he identified as it was spoken because it was their native language. The way Mr. Marwa is trying to protract his answer by critiquing how brother Marufu responded is unnecessary, mini-skirt etc. He opens his remarks by dismissing the tongues in acts 2 says tongues are meant for talking to God and not to man. Ah! It was at that point that I ceased to listen to the rest of the discussion because it’s energy sapping when discussing with someone who does not have the humility to accept the clear Word of God. You go round and round in circles.

4.) The unknown tongue is a gift of the Spirit it's not men speaking in their own language. They are also divers languages not just one.

Zviratidzo/Signs are not necessarily miracles, they are what they are. They are signs, they show us something, prove something, they are a signature to something. 2.) The signs are to follow those who believe after hearing the gospel not those who will be preaching according to Mark. 3.) There are many instances where Spirit filled people spoke in toungues but where not preaching.
